Our story

Built Around the Estimate

Electrical Pros Sammamish started from a simple observation: most homeowners cannot compare electrical bids, because most bids are a single number with no detail behind it.

So we price differently. Every estimate we write lists the work circuit by circuit, with the permit and any wall repair shown on their own lines. What keeps those line items honest is a ten-year electrical career on the tools: that is how long the electrician who leads our jobs has been doing the work himself.

We work on houses only, mostly on the plateau and in the towns around it.

How we work

Three Rules We Keep

  • Measure before pricing

We open the panel and walk the cable route at every estimate, because a guess at the kitchen table is how jobs run over.

  • Say no when no is right

If your panel can carry the new load, we will not sell you a bigger one. If a repair beats a replacement, you will hear that first.

  • Leave it readable

Labelled breakers, a clean panel and a short walk-through mean the next person to open it, including you, knows what is there.

Meet Us at the Estimate
