Our Regular Ground
These are the places we work most weeks. If you are just outside them, call and ask.
Sammamish
Home base. Klahanie, Pine Lake, Trossachs, Sahalee and the plateau neighborhoods, from charger installs to full panel swaps.
Issaquah
Highlands homes, older houses near downtown and new builds on the hills, often needing more capacity for chargers and heat pumps.
Redmond
Education Hill, Overlake and the north end. Remodel circuits and lighting upgrades make up much of the work here.
Bellevue
East Bellevue and the Eastgate side, where many sixties and seventies houses are due for panel and wiring updates.
Fall City
Rural lots with long runs to shops and garages, so feeder sizing and trenching come up on most jobs.
Carnation
Valley homes and small acreages, including detached garages and outbuildings that need their own circuits.
How Distance Affects a Job
It does not change the estimate. The free visit is free whether you are on the plateau or out past Fall City.
What changes a price is the house itself: how far the garage is from the panel, how much room the panel has and how easy it is to get cable through the walls. Those are the things we measure when we come out.
